Queens County Farm Museum
Lots of fun outdoor events including NYC's only corn maze! The Amazing Maize Maze adventure begins with a Stalk Talk to prepare you for the 3-acre challenge of finding clues on your way to Victory Bridge where the full vista of Van Gogh's 'Sunflowers' masterpiece is revealed.

  • Maze entry will be staggered in order to maintain event capacity.
  • Face masks required to be worn in the maze.
$12 for adults, $8 for children under 12

Hocus Pocus
Catch this kid-friendly movie from 1993 at the Rooftop at Pier 14th (at the Seaport) in Manhattan.  $1.59 reservation fee for an 8-person rooftop garden plot is a donation to the Bowery Mission.  No outside food.  Concession on site.

Porch Stomp on Governor's Island
Porch Stomp is set in the beautiful greenery of Governors Island's Nolan Park, located on the North East corner of the Island, as well as on other areas throughout the Island (to accommodate social distancing).  Getting there is one short ferry ride away! Please note that capacity on Governors Island ferries will be limited during the 2020 season to allow for social distancing. Visitors are required to reserve tickets 48 hours in advance and must depart on their selected return ferry. If you've never been to Governor's island, you're in for a treat!  Ferry rides $3 for adults, free for seniors and children under 12.

Skirboll Family Autism Conference 
Take advantage of the Virtual conference this year!  Each year, Strong Center for Developmental Disabilities and the division of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics hosts the Skirboll Family Autism Conference in Rochester. This free, 3-day interactive conference offers information sessions presented by national experts on various topics related to autism spectrum disorder. It is developed in collaboration with individuals with ASD, families, agency representatives, and community members. The 2020 Skirboll Family Autism Conference is made possible with support from the Skirboll Family Foundation and the Rochester Regional Center for Autism Spectrum Disorder.
