All products are shipped UPS or FedEx Ground Service to our customers at a flat rate of $5 anywhere in the continental US.
At this time we do not accept orders for out-of-stock or backordered items. We will update our FAQ when this changes.
We are now accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal as payment methods. Our goal is to make your payment as easy and secure as possible.

It is our intention to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible. Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service department, directly, for instructions: HelpMe@punkinfutz.com. Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receipt, while refunds will be processed within 1 business day.
PunkinFutz designs and manufactures toys and accessories only for the uses as described in the product literature. Any alteration, abuse, misuse, tampering, improper repairs, negligence or use of the products in a manner inconsistent with the instruction and/or safety sheets is not covered under warranty.
Customer should inspect products for any defects upon receipt. Any defects in materials or workmanship identified within 30 days of receipt will be addressed by repairing or replacing the defective component or product. Any costs associated with defective product returns, repairs and replacements will be covered by PunkinFutz. Warranty does not cover conditions, damages or failures due to normal wear and tear. Additionally, warranty does not cover misuse or non-recommended uses of product.
