The Philadelphia Zoo at 2
Check in with The Philadelphia Zoo each weekday at 2pm Eastern Time and meet a 14-pound giant rabbit named Goliath, see just-hatched goslings, and watch a jaguar play with a pinata. Note: this event occurs at 2 pm Eastern Time, (hence "Philly Zoo at 2"). Those on Central time can catch it at 1pm Central, for Pacific Time it airs 11 am. You can find it live on Facebook here.

Baby Xiao Qi Ji!
Check out the Smithsonian's amazing baby panda born August 21st.  It's great fun to watch Mama Mei Xiang try to manage her cheeky boy.  Check them out here.  Don't miss turning on the sound, too!

NYC Free Meals
All families can continue to go to any school building to pick up three free grab-and-go meals, between 9 am – 12 pm on weekdays, even while schools are closed. No identification or registration is necessary, and halal and kosher meals are available at some sites. Learn more here.

NYC DOE Free Devices
Each student should have their own device for remote learning. If you do not have enough remote learning devices for all of your children to learn from home, you can request a device from the DOE.  If you need technical support, call DOE’s IT Help desk at 718-935-5100 and press 5 to get assistance.

NYC DOE Special Education Services
Your child continues to have the right to receive the special education supports listed on their IEP during remote learning. If you have questions or concerns, reach out to the Special Education office at specialeducation@schools.nyc.gov or call 311.
